Gem Splendor Jewel – Refund and Returns Policy

- Return Window: We accept returns of unused and unworn jewelry within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
- Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or resized items)
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- International Returns: We accept returns from international customers, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.
2. Return Process

- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) to ensure it arrives back to us in good condition.
3. Refund Process
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees (including return shipping costs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
4. Exchanges
- Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, you must first return the original item according to our return policy and then place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement item at no extra charge.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

- Photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a free return shipping label and either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

6. Gift Returns
